USASBE is part of an international consortium of affiliated member organizations called the International Council for Small Business (ICSB). As such, USASBE's counterpart in Europe is  the European Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ECSB). ESCB has their own doctoral consortium every November at the annual RENT Conference.

Graduates of the 2010 USASBE Doctoral Consortium are eligible to submit a proposal for funding to attend the 2010 ECSB Doctoral consortium. USASBE and ICSB have each set aside $500 USD for a total of $1000USD. This amount should cover the cost of housing and registration. However, you will need to obtain additional funding support in the amount of at least $1500 USD to cover the cost of a plane fare and other expenses.

If you can obtain the funding and wish to attend, please send me a one pager expressing your interest in attending and ability to secure the needed funds by September 18th. Additionally, please indicate your Research Interest in the one pager.
