Each year, ICSB holds a Congress in a different area of the world to bring together practitioners, academics, and entrepreneurs to discuss medium, small, and micro-sized enterprises. The theme of the 2018 World Congress to be held in Taipei, Taiwan from June 26th-29th is “Reshaping the World Through Innovative SMEs”, which reaffirms the unshakable responsibility of SMEs in leading the world to the coming decades.

In addition to the main Congress, ICSB also brings students from around the world to the ICSB Academy. The Academy is a week-long entrepreneurship education program consisting of an immersive cross-cultural and experiential boot camp followed by activities and workshops in conjunction with the ICSB World Conference. The dynamic training program includes learning modules designed to take participants through the fundamental concepts of identifying entrepreneurial opportunities and creating a new venture.
