CCSBE The Canadian Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (CCSBE) is the only member-based organization in Canada whose goal is to promote and advance the development of small business and entrepreneurship.
Run by a volunteer Board of Directors, CCSBE works to create a network of academics, practitioners, and policy influencers who are interested in discussing and sharing best practices and research in the field.
CCSBE was established in 1979 as the first affiliate of the International Council for Small Business (ICSB). Our members are made up of academics, educators, representatives of small business support organizations, researchers, government officials, students of entrepreneurship and policy makers.
CCSBE Mission Statement
Providing a collaborative marketplace for the exchange of ideas, research and best practices among academics, practitioners and policy influencers for the benefit of Canadian small business and entrepreneurship.
ICSB Argentina is an institution that gathers researchers and practitioners mostly from around the country, but it also has some members in neighboring countries, linked with development issues affecting small business. The main objective of the Network is to stimulate research in the field of small and medium enterprises, to improve knowledge, and generate proposals that will lead to better operation and management of firms and, consequently, the sector growth. The annual meeting draws people from Argentina and other Latin American countries and Spain.
