Roberto Parente, Director of LISA Lab
Who We Are
The LISA Lab is the Training and Research Laboratory on Entrepreneurship and Innovation issues active within the DISA MIS Department of the University of Salerno. He is engaged in the implementation of projects, events and initiatives both within the University and in the area that contribute to the realization of the Entrepreneurial University concept. It wants to be an opportunity for UNISA students and researchers to participate concretely in the development of an open and Sustainable oriented Ecosystem of Innovation.
What We Do
The Digital Lab is an initiative promoted by the LISA Lab of the University of Salerno, in collaboration with Ferrari, the Young Entrepreneurs Group Confindustria Salerno and Fim Cisl Salerno. The Laboratory was born with the aim of expanding the culture of entrepreneurship and technological innovation to an audience of “very young”, between fourth and fifth grade students of the Ferrari Institute in Battipaglia, giving them the opportunity to interact and compare with experts from the business sector and trade unions and have more tools in a future workplace.
The Lisa Lab collaborates in the realization of the Innovation Lab Modules in the Masters promoted by CIRPA (Interdepartmental Center UNISA). In particular, the collaboration concerns the MASTER in Leadership, Change Management and Digital Innovation which sees the involvement of senior managers from Public Organizations and Private Companies interested in experimenting with projects of technological innovation and organizational change.
We are an active part of a global movement, which draws strength from the ICSB (International Council for Small Business) international network, aimed at studying and enhancing business models capable of combining orientation towards innovation, enhancement of its human resources and social and environmental sensitivity . We have contributed to carrying out Events and Conferences in collaboration with UN and other organizations interested in promoting the achievement of the SDG objectives.
