I am currently a full-time - associate professor for Tecnológico de Monterrey in Puebla, Mexico, an institution for which I have been working since 2008.
My academic formation includes a Masters's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology (UPAEP), an MBA in Strategic Leadership (CEU, Spain), and a Law Bachelors' Degree (UDLAP).
I am also currently studying for my Ph.D. with a double degree in Administrative Sciences (EGADE) and International Business (University of South Carolina).
I won the Rómulo Garza Award (2012) for an e-book on family firm succession and my research focuses on the topics of family businesses, internationalization, and talent management. I'm also the founder of Human Factor Coaches S.C., a consulting firm in Mexico, and have been a consultant for public and private institutions for more than fifteen years.
