Nataliia Berezhna, PMP

Nataliia Berezhna, PMP, is a Project Manager-Entrepreneur and Founder of N.B. Positive Change Studios - a virtual community center that helps people overcome life challenges and create a better and more fulfilling life for themselves. Equipped with project management skills, entrepreneurial mindset, social media, and mindfulness tools, Nataliia teaches and offers a range of services to help people, small businesses, and organizations succeed in life. Nataliia Berezhna also serves as an Office Manager & Project Coordinator with the National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship. Born in Ukraine, Ms. Berezhna served the U.S. government abroad for over 20 years, including 18 years with the U.S. Agency for International Development. She worked on and managed a range of international technical assistance projects, and was the recipient of multiple achievement awards, including the Foreign Service National Employee of the Year award. She has a Master’s in Project Management and Administration and University Degree in English Language and Literature. In August 2019, Berezhna and her son Anton made North Carolina their home. Prior to her work with NACCE, she volunteered her time to support the North Carolina Project Management Institute (NCPMI) chapter’s social initiatives teaching project management skills to youth, minority groups, historically black communities, and creating social media video content to promote NCPMI operations and local business. At NACCE, she works directly with NACCE's executive team and with other staff members to provide administrative and project management support as well as facilitating the smooth and successful operation of NACCE's national headquarters in Cary, North Carolina. She contributes her passion for education, entrepreneurship, inclusion, diversity, and project management skills to support NACCE’s leadership and explore new opportunities for NACCE members. She compiles data and research on community practice, coordinates NACCE stakeholder engagement, and virtual/in-person events/meetings. She also supports NACCE’s leadership with development research and looks forward to meeting NACCE members at diverse events. Nataliia Berezhna is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Sustainable Development Goals Global Graduate. She is a certified Ice House Entrepreneurship Program Facilitator. She is also a CELTA Certificate holder to teach English to speakers of other languages - the most widely recognized English teaching qualification in the world.
