Stefano Bonini
Stefano Bonini is Assistant Professor of Finance at the Stevens Institute of Technology School of Business, Hoboken, NJ, USA. Prior to coming at Stevens Professor Bonini was a faculty member at NYU Stern School of Business and Bocconi University in Milan where he was also a faculty member of the Bocconi/Fudan University (Shanghai, China) Dual Degree in International Management where he taught Advanced Corporate Finance. Professor Bonini obtained his BA, MS and PhD in Finance from Bocconi University and has been Visiting Scholar at Harvard University and MIT. He has been the recipient of several Excellence in teaching awards at Stevens and the Best Teacher award at Bocconi. His research has been published in top finance journals. His work has been selected twice for the Applied Finance best paper award, twice as a finalist for the Financial Management conference best paper award and once as a finalist at the European Financial Management best corporate finance paper award. His current research focuses on the information content of analysts’ research, CDS origination, listing market switches and the dynamics of board meetings.
