Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member: Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the Congress due to a family death, emergency illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, the ICSB International Office must be contacted by in writing by either letter or e-mail with the details of the situation and a request for a refund. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis. Requests will not be accepted after one week post-congress.
Payment must be made in USD and can be made via Pay Pal.
