Currently serves as Chair of the ICSB Board. Dr. Kichan Kim is an accomplished academic and global leader, currently serving as International Chancellor at President University. Previously, he held senior roles at the Catholic University of Korea, including Dean of the Business School and Vice President, and led the Korean Indonesia Management Association (KIMA). He has contributed to academia as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Small Business Management and President of the Korea Association of Small Business Studies, while also holding leadership roles in global organizations like the International Council for Small Business (ICSB). Beyond academia, Dr. Kichan Kim has advised the Korean government on innovation and economic policy and served as an advisor to leading companies like Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motors. A Ph.D. graduate of Seoul National University, he has conducted research at Harvard, MIT, and the University of Tokyo. Honored with the USASBE Award (2019), he continues to champion entrepreneurship, business ethics, and sustainability globally.
