The SME World Forum’s inaugural will reunite some of the most creative and emphatic world leaders of the business world, policy, academic and youth. The Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan is the main lead and will be the primary host, and this World Forum will take place from November 13 to November 16, 2023 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
The SME World Forum will target five key segments: Private Sector Companies, Startups, Policy Sector, Academic Sector, Education Sector, and Tourism & Hospitality with special dedicated sessions on youth and women entrepreneurship.
SMEs Must Choose Change
The Small and Medium-sized Enterprises World Forum (SME World Forum), in collaboration with the International Council of Small Business (ICSB), started today, October 31, 2022, in Rosario, Argentina.
The forum summons the world to a reunion of businessmen, small business owners, legislators, researchers, and educators, among other sectors to contribute with creative and innovative ideas worldwide. The Small and Medium-sized Enterprises World Forum’s opening will reunite some of the most creative and sympathetic world leaders of the academic and productive world. The National University of Rafaela, alongside The National University of Rosario and The Provincial Government of Santa Fe, will host this Forum from October 31st to November 2nd, 2022.
The SME World Forum focused on Macau and with the theme of 2019, SMEs and Entrepreneurship – Leading the Way Forward. The expanded focus on creativity and innovation led by SMEs is the pathway needed for the Greater Bay Area (GBA). The “Greater Bay Area” (GBA) is a Chinese government’s initiative to link the cities of Hong Kong, Macau, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Zhongshan, Dongguan, Huizhou, Jiangmen and Zhaoqing into an integrated economic and business hub.
The strong links with major urban centers in the GBA region provides talent, innovation, and problem solving for critical industry in fashion, environmental management, information and communication technologies, and tourism.
