ICSB 2023 theme for International Women’s Day, March 8, 2023 (IWD 2023) is “The Impact of Women Scholars on the Entrepreneurial Landscape.”
International Women’s Day (IWD) has occurred for over a century, with the first IWD gathering in 1911 supported by over a million people in Austria, Denmark, Germany, and Switzerland. The United Nations 2023 International Women’s Day theme is “DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality.” It is aligned with the priority theme for the upcoming 67th Session of the Commission on the Status of Women, “Innovation and technological change, and education in the digital age for achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls.”
ICSB dedicated its Journal for Small Business Management under the direction of the editorship of Drs. Katia Passerini, Eric Liguori, and Ayman ElTarabishy to focus on “The Impact of Women Scholars on the Entrepreneurial Landscape.” ICSB has taken a leadership position in putting forward new and highly relevant research of women scholars in the contemporary conversation about women entrepreneurs in a global context and suggesting exciting avenues of research for the future.
We are delighted to showcase the upcoming leading women scholars in the entrepreneurial landscape.
