ICSB Congress Fee refunds are made based on the following scale:
Up to 1 month before the Congress—full refund minus 80 Australian Dollars processing fee for in-person and/or online.
Less than one month but more than two weeks before the Congress—50% refund and 80 Australian Dollars processing fee.
Fourteen (14) days before the Congress – no possibility for refund.
If you want to change your status (online or in person) for the 2025 ICSB World Congress, you may do so once free of charge before May 1, 2025. After May 1, 2025, an 80 Australian Dollars fee will be charged for all status changes.
Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member: Refunds may be granted if an attendee cannot attend the Congress due to a family death, emergency illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such an event, the ICSB International Office must be contacted in writing by either letter or e-mail with the situation’s details and a request for a refund. Requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Requests will not be accepted until one week after the congress.
ICSB Members and Non-Members Registration Deadline: June 1, 2025
ICSB has the right to cancel any congress registration based on the harmful actions of the registrant.
Please note that this registration does not include room and board.
