Pour yourself a cappuccino and settle in. This edition opens with a milestone for ICSB: the launch of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Review (IER) with Taylor & Francis, our first fully Open Access journal and a new global platform for rigorous research in innovation and entrepreneurship. We then head to the United Nations, where Dr. Winslow Sargeant represented ICSB at the UNGA 81 side event on crisis resilience and the ability to anticipate, adapt, and advance. Finally, new research from Dutch SMEs challenges traditional approaches to predicting business failure, showing how entrepreneurial behavior, adaptive crisis response, self-efficacy, and support networks can shape recovery.
