The ICSB Academy is an in-person–only program. Registration includes daily meals for the duration of the Academy and lodging on the George Washington University campus. Room and board are fully included in the registration fee. More details provided to registered Academy students. The lodging is for a minimum of 2 persons per room.

ICSB Academy registration fee refunds are issued according to the following schedule:
Up to one (1) month before the start of the Academy:
Participants are eligible for a full refund minus a USD 50 processing fee for in-person registration.
Less than one (1) month but more than two (2) weeks before the Academy:
Participants are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a USD 50 processing fee.
Fourteen (14) days or fewer before the start of the Academy:
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Please note that all registrations are non-transferable and apply only to in-person participation.
Refunds may be considered in cases where a participant is unable to attend due to serious emergency illness, death of the registrant, or death of an immediate family member. In such cases:
The ICSB International Office must be notified in writing (via email or formal letter).
The request must include a detailed explanation of the circumstances and a formal request for a refund.
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Requests will not be reviewed or accepted until one (1) week after the conclusion of the Congress.
Approval of refunds under extraordinary circumstances is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of ICSB.
The ICSB Academy Registration Deadline is May 15, 2026. Registrations received after this date may not be accepted.
ICSB reserves the right to cancel any registration at its sole discretion in cases involving behavior or actions by a registrant that are deemed harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with the values and conduct standards of ICSB.
