SME World Forum Fee refunds are made based on the following scale:
Up to 1 month before the SME World Forum—full refund minus 50 USD processing fee for in-person and/or online.
Less than one month but more than two weeks before the SME World Forum—50% refund and $50 processing fee.
Fourteen (14) days before the SME World Forum – no possibility for refund.
Please note that this registration is in Person Only
Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member: Refunds may be granted if an attendee cannot attend the Event due to a family death, emergency illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such an event, the ICSB International Office must be contacted in writing by either letter or e-mail with the situation’s details and a request for a refund. Requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Requests will not be accepted until one week after the congress.
SME World Forum Registration Deadline: October 1, 2025
ICSB has the right to cancel any marketplace registration based on the harmful actions of the registrant.
Please note that this registration does not include room and board.
