How humane entrepreneurship shapes employee innovation: Organizational values and entrepreneurial readiness
|

This study shows how humane entrepreneurship drives employee innovation by connecting organizational culture, skills, and entrepreneurial readiness. Using data from 297 employees, it finds that entrepreneurial orientation (EO) builds skills and mindset that support both start-up and intrapreneurial readiness, while humane entrepreneurial orientation (HEO) plays a distinct role by directly strengthening intrapreneurship. Notably, skills matter more for internal innovation, while external entrepreneurship relies more on psychological factors. Overall, the study clarifies how EO and HEO shape entrepreneurial outcomes and offers practical insights for fostering innovation within and beyond organizations.y. (read more)
