On May 11, ICSB held two certificate programs at St. John’s University in Manhattan and Queens: the Social Entrepreneurship Certificate and the Creativity and Innovation Certificate. The Certificate Program is one example ofICSB’s global initiative to fulfill our mission of continuing management education with the goal to promote entrepreneurship.
Participants completed 3 modules total on Friday, May 11. The first two modules were taken at St. John’s Manhattan Campus and the last module was taken at the St. John’s Queen’s Campus. As part of the certificate program’s interactive and global aspect, Certificate attendees enjoyed an authentic lunch along with a presentation on traditions, and food and wine products from Cilento, Italy prepared by Antonio Longo, owner of Santomiele, and his team. One participant remarked: “I am pleased to learn that creativity, innovation, and sustainability can be extended to the food industry”. Apart from the modules, they also had the opportunity to attend during the Working Sessions and MSME Forum organized by ICSB at the United Nations.
