She was also Mentor in the Program, Women in Public Policy of Cornell Institute for Public Affairs, Cornell University, New York. Pastran has given lectures in the United States, France, Egypt, Indonesia, Mexico, among other countries. Guest Editor in the JICSB Journal Special Issue about Sustainable Entrepreneurship. She has publications in English and Spanish in journals, thematic magazines, etc. Analia has received a recognition in the United States Congress in the framework of the Special Session of SMEs (July, 2022).
