Dr. Ashley Moye

Ashley Moye is a senior government and commercial contracting professional and also small business advocate. Passionate about small business challenges in government contracting markets (B2G), he pursued the matter as the focal point of his doctorate studies. He has worked several hundreds of projects across the United States, South and Central Americas, Africa, and the Middle East supporting small business social economic initiatives through contracting with small businesses. Though his post government contracting career has taken him to the commercial contracting world, his interest still include the small business experience and business theory and practice in government markets.
